I aim to provide a vision beyond these overwhelming feelings to a place where you may experience a sense of freedom and joy again. We work together to connect you to the meaning beneath the surface of your pain, which can happen by understanding its context and origins. We can transform its hold over you and identify tools for a new path through it.
When you are feeling sad it is hard to reach out for help. It is hard to believe in the real possibility of alleviating this pain and loving your life. Take the first step by giving me a call and I will call you back within 24-hours and we can talk about where you are in your life.
I received my Master of Arts in Psychology in 2017 and am nearing the end of my doctorate-level training at the graduate school of Psychology of Fuller Seminary. My clinical experiences have involved a variety of presenting issues such as: depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, interpersonal conflict, relational dissatisfaction and spiritual crises. I now practice as a Psychological Assistant (PSB94024635) under the supervision of Dr. Connor McClenahan (PSY30369).
The first session is meant to provide us with a sense of whether or not we could work well together, if you feel a sense of trust and safety with me. Primarily I will listen to what is happening in your life that has brought you to therapy, but I will also ask clarifying questions and make sure I understand the depth of what you are going through.
$120/session. I am not contracted with any insurance companies, but can offer a superbill for out-of-network PPO coverage, which can be helpful for some clients.
